300th Post!

Another year, another milestone in our blog!. Getting to No. 300 has taken a lot longer than the other two, but we are optimistic that the numbers are only going to get bigger!

As predicted in post #200, Rihanna has overtaken Pam for the #1 spot, while Renee is rounding off the top three. Pam can retake the top spot- if all of her missing sets are found!.

Spotting pigalles has become a wee bit harder- not because that fewer celebs are wearing them, rather the design is being tweaked and sold as new models. Some examples are the Pigalili, Dorepi, Souris, Anemone,Tashaf and Helmut lines- which are exactly the same design as the Pigalle but with a few modifications like a bow, metal bits near the tip.

Normally, the rule on this site is to post celebs wearing Pigalles and those images should be high res. While poking around some fashion sites looking for new material, we stumbled upon fashionista514.com. Normally, we would not mention it, but her image collection of her pigalles are superb and we though you would enjoy them as well. Thoughts..
------------
As you can imagine, Mr. Louboutin primarily caters to women (although he has started a line of men's sneakers) and models his line with them in mind. While looking for celebs we came across these two you may or may not have heard of-



Their names are Amanda Lepore and Phillipe Blond , both of whom spot Pigalles frequently. The only thing that sets them apart from my other regular postings is the fact that one is a transsexual and the other gay.

No bulletin board compile their images, but we've always wondered if do turn up (high res pics), will the reader be offended/turned off seeing males wearing Pigalles or accept it?.
